Well, hello there. I am Dave Nelson.
David Bryce Nelson is a seasoned digital marketing expert with over 25 years of experience. David, a versatile digital marketer likened to a “Swiss Army knife,” has developed skills in nearly every area of the field and enjoys each one. Among his favorites are data analysis, website analytics, search engine marketing, search engine optimization, and leveraging data to enhance the client experience.
David grew up in Orem, Utah, and has mostly lived in Utah County, except for two years in New Zealand. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Utah and is currently pursuing an MBA at Southern Utah University.
A lifelong learner, David has an insatiable curiosity. He has read over 1,000 books, completed 100 in a year twice, listened to more than 13,000 podcasts, and attended many webinars and industry events. He is an Eagle Scout, a member of Who’s Who Worldwide, and has edited and published several books by Douglas M. Curran. He is now using his expertise to write and publish his own books.
David lives in Lehi, Utah, with his wife Shannon and their three daughters, Chloe, Carlee, and Jaylee, who inspire him every day.

- My #1 love language is quality time. Doesn’t matter the activity, just love spending time with my wife Shannon and our three girls Chloe, Carlee, and Jaylee
- Reading – typically on Audible (customer since 2004)
- Podcasts – listen to around 500 podcasts a year, mostly focused on marketing (shocker)
- Golf – have played a ton for how bad I am; I do love being out in the warm sun with good friends though
- Watching sports including Chicago Bears, Utah Utes football, and New Zealand All Blacks rugby and collecting similar sports cards
